Initial Assessment                     $ 250.00

Individual Sessions                   $ 85.00 (50 minute hour)

Group Sessions                        $ 25.00

Visits outside of office              $150.00 (50 minute hour) plus travel & wait time billed at $50.00 per hour.  

(Outside of office: jail, hospital or other institution)

Sliding Scale Available Upon Request

Cash, Check and most major credit cards accepted.

I do not bill insurance, however, I will provide you with invoices so you may file your own insurance.
